The annual election of this society was held on
Sunday the 23d of April, when the following gentlemen were elected
officers for the current year: M. M. Noah, Esq., President; H. Robert
Lyon, Vice President; M. John Levy, Treasurer; and Messrs. Louis Lyons,
A. H. Lissak, and Geo. S. Mawson, Directors. Previous to going into the
election, the President read the following report:
